Go from feeling scared of facing death, unsure of how to talk about the big stuff and feeling disconnected from the people and places you love the most... to accepting death as a natural part of all our lives, having the confidence to talk about the things that matters and knowing ways to care for others, and yourself, with heartfelt compassion.

The Being Here Series offers online courses, resources, live training, community and connections to help you navigate life, and the end of life. This offering builds on our Natural Carer Training and is for anyone wishing to transform how we show up for others in the final part of life's journey.

Paperwork helps everyone navigate the reality of endings

In this course we explore paperwork for peace of mind as we navigate the end of life. There is some essential paperwork that enables others to speak for those who no longer can. This can help both the living and the dying know that wishes are known and met.

We only get one chance at this. The way we show up for others at the end of life can impact how we cope when they are gone. Let’s make those last moments sacred. In this course we explore ways to navigate the last moments of life and care for everyone in the room after death.

You are not a superhero, but you are beautifully human

Yes, Being Here will help you navigate end of life transitions with deepened awareness and compassion, but something just as magical will happen... and it is all about life. Past students have said how much this training has enhanced their approach to life. They have spoken of a deepening of their relationships with those they love, a new and beautiful way of seeing themselves in relationship with the natural world, and a renewed sense of wonder at the beauty and complexity of life.

So Being Here isn't just about endings. It's about love, compassion, joy, the things that move us, the ties that connect us. It's about recognising that everything has its season and that there is life, death, life and love, love, love.

LIFE TRANSFORMATION GUIDE, EARTH MEDICINE PRACTITIONER, GREEN MYSTIC

Some of the most meaningful lessons I've learned about life have been in the moments of caring for someone as they are approaching death.

My mission in creating the Being Here Series is to help as many people as I can deepen their connections to loved ones in life, and at the end of life. To help carers and coaches support clients and patients and to develop self-care practices to navigate life, and the end of life with practical confidence and heartfelt compassion.

I look forward to connecting with you.
