FLOWpresso Therapy

Repair, Recover, Rejuvenate.

Bringing You back to You

I am delighted to be able to offer this transformational therapy here in the beautiful Hawke's Bay. These are difficult times and stress is an increasingly common issue we are all dealing with. FLOWpresso is a beautiful non-invasive intervention that helps us get body and soul back on track. Here at the Centre for Nature Connection it can be booked as a stand alone therapy, or woven into our nature-based offerings and one on one coaching experience.

"FLOWpresso gets you to that blissful half-asleep half-awake state so you feel relaxed and able to cope with things a lot better. I used to always wake a lot at night but after FLOWpresso I sleep and dream a lot more."

What people say

Some feedback from FLOWpresso users here at the Centre for Nature Connection.

“I really love my FLOWpresso sessions. Taking time out to do something really beneficial for myself. I have been coming to the Centre for Nature Connection for six months now and my body loves it so much that I can now feel when I need to get in for a session!.”

— Erin

 “I just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying my FLOWpresso treatments, It's a time to stop and reflect but also I'm sure it helps move the waste fluid around my body better. I always feel quite invigorated after a session, I need to drink more water and then I sleep so well that night too.”

— Chris

 What is FLOWpresso?

Developed here in New Zealand, FLOWpresso® is a breakthrough non-invasive natural therapy that delivers a 3-in-1sensory treatment to restore the natural biological balance enhancing your mental and physical well-being.

 FLOWpresso® is a uniquely engineered therapeutic experience, clinically proven to improve sleep and reduce stress, positively impacting the quality of your life.

 FLOWpresso® operates through a comfortable and snug state-of-the-art bodysuit, applying revolutionary technology that combines three distinct therapies into one easy, efficient, and effective restorative treatment.

The FLOW Experience

Lying horizontally and fully clothed, the state-of-the-art bodysuit gently wraps your limbs, abdomen and feet. An eye mask and headphones can be added for extra ambience.

 As the session starts, you will feel a gentle squeezing sensation as the air chambers of the bodysuit inflate and deflate, moving from your feet towards your torso. This therapy encourages flow through your body by fostering a deep sense of tranquillity. During treatment, you may experience clarity, mindfulness and relaxation or fall asleep in your FLOWpresso bubble.

 You will be in the FLOWpresso 'suit' for 40 minutes. Your appointment time is one hour

 Throughout your personalised journey is a fully trained FLOWpresso technician that will be guiding and assessing your needs, as well as adjusting programming so you can feel comfortable, safe and secure.

 Immediately after a session, you will likely feel the positive well-being effects of feeling held and hugged. FLOWpresso® is unique, as it can target your body’s needs, whether that be through stimulation or detoxification. Each person will experience different outcomes and benefits.

You can receive FLOWpresso therapy as often as twice a week, but we recommend you have a break of three days in between each session.

Side effects/Contraindications

The side effects of FLOWpresso are very similar to a massage or lymphatic therapy e.g increased urination, bowel motion and a headache. We do suggest you drink 1 glass of water prior to the session in order to get the optimal from this therapy. It is also important to drink water post therapy to reduce chances of detoxification symptoms.

FLOWpresso is contraindicated for:

  • Acute inflammation in progress (for instance phlebitis and thrombosis);
  • Infection complications (e.g. ulcers);
  • Pregnancy;
  • Back or hip issues, unless approved by a physician/doctor;
  • Broken bones;
  • Abdominal spinal curvature;
  • Congested Heart Failure.
